INTRODUCTION

Perhaps reflecting the youth of the industry most training remains "on the job" or ad hoc. In addition the relatively small numbers of people employed in this field and the specialized nature of many of the skills required (e.g. the black arts and sciences of creating the perfect ad break flow) mean that permanent academic or vocational training courses would be difficult to sustain.

i)       Job training centers, seminars

ii)    Universities with deep academic programs dealing with domain

iii) Online training programs/courses

Some of the leading companies providing creative services such as Lee Hunt and Lambie Nairn run seminars and course for companies.

Internships are good ways to learn in this field and to get your foot in the door.
